This is where we take a deep dive into your health history and presenting complaints. It will involve a thorough case taking, looking at multiple body systems in order to holistically get to the root cause. Here we will also assess current dietary intake and lifestyle factors. A personalised treatment plan will be created for you following the initial consultation.
Return Consultation
Adult $90 | 30min
A Return Consultation is an opportunity to check in after your Initial Consultation to assess treatment progress and tweak any necessary changes. A review of recent pathology results may also take place here. The time frame between the Initial and Return is dependent on the individual and may range from 4-6 weeks.
Discovery Call
FREE | 10min
A Discovery Call is the perfect opportunity for you to see how naturopathy may help you and your current situation. Here I will not be providing health advice but rather examples and strategies that align with the principles of naturopathy that may support your health concerns.
